Tonya York
Tonya T. York, MBCI, MBCP is the Global Business Resilience Program
Manager at Anaplan, a cloud based collaborative planning software company. She has been a leader in the business continuity industry for over 25 years, and in 2014 won the Disaster Recovery Institute International (DRII) Lifetime Achievement Award, selected by her industry peers. During her career, Tonya held various consulting and executive roles, helping Fortune 500 customers address their continuity needs, at Comdisco, Veritas, Symantec, Caspian Group, Evault, Seagate, and BSI. Tonya has also held executive roles where she built continuity and resilience programs from the ground up at US Bank, Charles Schwab, McKesson, Lam Research, and Anaplan. Tonya is a founding member and President of the Business Recovery Managers Association (BRMA) in the San Francisco Bay Area, is regularly featured as a speaker at industry conferences, and is the author of several articles published in trade publications. Tonya is married with one daughter, one dog, one cat, and one horse.
