ESG leader with over 25 years of professional experience. I lead with empathy with people as my top priority. My experience includes setting ESG strategy, goal development, operational efficiency with a focus on getting things done that move the needle. Leading VMware’s environmental sustainability for its operations and ESG disclosures (including the annual ESG Report, investor and customer inquiries). Over tenure at VMware, Natasha led the development of both 2020 and 2030 ESG strategies and associated cross-company goals. Responsible for VMware’s carbon neutral and renewable energy claims and related sourcing and procurement. Work with teams across the company to drive sustainability, equity and trust internally and externally. International upbringing provides for a strong ability to adapt and meet people where they are and find common ground, which has lent itself to excellent communication skills and an ability to collaborate across functions toward shared outcomes.
