SPEAKERS:
Steve advises companies on strategies to reduce cyber risk, improve organizational resilience and evolve from the effects of cyber-attacks. Steve has first-hand experience leading the cross-functional response to several of the highest profile security incidents over the last five years, including SolarWinds, CodeCov, Log4j, Ivanti and persistent attacks by nation-state backed threat actor groups. Areas of specialization include: cyber risk management, crisis management, third-party risk management, risk assurance and operational resilience.
Matt is an experienced business and IT risk professional with more than 20 years of experience in risk advisory consulting including cybersecurity, cyber & operational resilience, business continuity, crisis management, IT resilience and recovery, 3rd party risk, and governance, risk and compliance (GRC). He has led numerous client engagements for some of the world’s largest companies and has successfully managed large distributed teams across the globe. Matt has also defined and stood up several consulting service offerings across different firms including vision and goals, service design, methodology and tool development, go-to-market strategy and tactic, team building, partner engagement/program, marketing, business development, and account relationship management to drive expertise and value to client organizations.
