Wild West of Conference Apps Security
Yashvier Kosaraju, Product Security Manager at Twilio, will be discussing security considerations when using most event and conference apps. These apps are not as secure as you would think they would be. After testing out a few thousand conference apps built by third-party firms for data leakage, the results were insightful! Come hear what kind of PII/sensitive data could be extracted, how (not) difficult it was to find it, and most importantly, what measures teams can take to decrease exposure.
