Cheyene Marling is a global leader with over 25 years of specialized expertise in the resilience profession. She launched her first company, BC Management, Inc., in 2000 and later joined Witt O’Brien’s in 2022 as Managing Director of Talent Management & Research Analytics. In 2025, she founded Resilience360 Advisory to deliver a more holistic suite of services—including strategic staffing, customized benchmarking analytics, and career coaching, designed to support both professionals and organizations across the resilience landscape.
Cheyene has proudly served on the boards of the Association of Continuity Professionals (ACP) in Los Angeles, Orange County, and nationally, as well as the Editorial Advisory Board for Continuity Insights. Her contributions to the field have earned her several honors, including the 2024 ACP Lifetime Achievement Award, the inaugural ACP Hall of Fame Award in 2006, and an Honorary MBCI from the Business Continuity Institute (BCI) in 2010.
