Establishing clear goals and metrics is crucial for the success of any business continuity program. What goals have you set for your business continuity efforts, and how do you measure their success? I’d love to hear about the metrics you use and how you track them.

  • What are the primary goals of your business continuity program?
  • What metrics do you track to assess your organization's resilience?
  • How do you report on the success of your business continuity program to senior management?

Identify mission critical processes and reduce resiliency risks by building/updating Plans and conducting exercises.

Total Departments, processes, criticality rating, BC Plans and exercises.

Total Applications, tier levels, DR Plans and exercises.

Ideally, a dashboard with scorecards for each business unit (perhaps at each eStaff level, or head ob business groups)
