BRMA invites you to come learn how Zendesk has introduced gamification into their tabletop exercise design.  Doing so has provided their participants with a learning experience far from humdrum fostering lively conversations and an improved sense of value add from the participants. The presentation will cover how Zendesk comes up with their themes, how participants play out those themes, and share some Game Day feedback.  Come experience the gamification first hand as the presenter walks us through their easy to follow process.
