The goal of the program is to connect those BRMA members with work-related questions or needs with those who have “been there, done that.” In short, the effort is designed to find a meaningful way of leveraging the vast pool of skill and experience that our membership collectively represents. In so doing, we want to help enrich our individual member’s skillset and provide them with access to an experience base that they might not have access to otherwise.
We were thrilled by the number of members wishing to participate in the pilot program, and only sorry that we could not satisfy everyone. In April we will conclude our 6-month pilot, iron out any kinks, and then open the program up to more members in Q2 2019.
