2024 BRMA Open Officer Positions

President

As the President of BRMA, you’ll step into an exciting leadership role as both the Chief Executive Officer and Chairperson. You will preside over all Board of Directors meetings, bringing your vision and energy to guide our team. As a non-voting member of all committees, you’ll be empowered to cast a vote only in the event of a tie, ensuring fair and balanced decisions.

You’ll be at the forefront of our strategic planning process, guiding our vision and growth. Serving as our primary ambassador, you’ll interface with other organizations to expand our network and influence. Additionally, you’ll uphold our high standards by maintaining our Code of Ethics, ensuring our organization remains a beacon of integrity.

Finance Director

As the Finance Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our financial strategy and ensuring our financial health. Working closely with the President, you’ll lead the annual budgeting and planning process, review and administer all financial plans, and keep the Board informed of our financial standing. Your responsibilities include monitoring and managing budgets, forecasts, and financial plans; ensuring accurate and timely accounting; You’ll also leverage technology for reporting and analytics, and ensure all transactional accounts and signatories are current and valid.

Membership Director

As the Membership Director, you’ll be at the heart of our member community, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience. You’ll provide monthly membership status reports to the Board, prepare comprehensive annual review materials, and oversee the recruitment and management of support personnel. Your responsibilities include onboarding new members, maintaining online membership applications and the membership directory, and reporting attendance metrics. You’ll manage the membership renewal process, collaborate with Communications on membership technology, and develop programs for new member campaigns, retention, and satisfaction surveys. Additionally, you’ll coordinate member registrations for events, both in-person and virtual, and provide event guest lists to the Marketing Director to drive new leads and brand awareness.

Marketing Director

As the Marketing Director, you’ll be the driving force behind BRMA’s brand awareness and advertising efforts. Your role includes managing all aspects of marketing production and implementation, measuring the effectiveness of our strategies, and overseeing recruitment activities. You’ll promote BRMA through events and community involvement, manage guest outreach from our meetings and events, and handle our prestigious award programs. You’ll also develop and maintain our website’s digital content, recommend new member recruitment campaigns, and conduct trend research to refine our marketing strategies.
